Andre führt Selcura aus Baar (ZG) — am Sitz der mprofi AG. Seine Ausbildung in Software-Architektur und seine 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Schweizer Mittelstand prägen die Plattform: präzise, diskret, ohne Show.

Selcura entstand aus einer einfachen Beobachtung: Premium-Immobilien werden in der Schweiz nicht über offene Märkte gehandelt — sondern über persönliche Netzwerke, Vertrauen und einen festen Ansprechpartner. Wir bauen die digitale Infrastruktur, die diese Welt erweitert, ohne sie zu verändern.

Vor Selcura begleitete Andre PropTech- und Real-Estate-Plattform-Mandate als Architekt — von Vermarktungs-Tools für Verwaltungsfirmen bis zu Treuhand-Daten- räumen. Die wiederkehrende Beobachtung: Off-Market-Transaktionen scheitern nicht am Käufer, sondern an der Architektur dahinter. Selcura ist die Konsequenz aus 20 Jahren stillem Mitlesen am Schweizer Immobilien-Markt.

What moved Andre to build Selcura

The recurring observation

Across multiple PropTech engagements (2018–2023), the same bottleneck reappeared: Swiss off-market transactions failed not on price and not on the buyer — but on the architecture behind them. Trustee data rooms were either too open (anyone with a link could view documents) or too rigid (no staged NDA workflow). Both modes contradicted Swiss expectations of discretion.

The decision

Instead of taking on the next PropTech mandate, Andre founded Selcura in 2024 (operationally), 2025 (legally via mprofi AG): a platform that does not replace discreet Swiss off-market practice, but embeds it in a digital infrastructure. Staged NDA workflow, tenant isolation at the database layer, Swiss hosting at Infomaniak.

Three shifts that make Selcura possible

Selcura is no random idea — it is the consequence of three structural changes that converged between 2023 and 2025.

Since 01.09.2023

revDSG — Data protection with teeth

The revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection mandates explicit processing inventories, processor agreements and breach notification (Art. 24, 72-hour rule). HNWI clients today expect this architecture to be built in — not retrofitted. Selcura is revDSG-compliant from day one.

Productive since 2024

Skribble + eIDAS — eSigning that holds in court

Skribble (Zurich) has offered the qualified electronic signature (QES) under Swiss ZertES and EU eIDAS for buyers and sellers across DACH since 2024. NDA workflows no longer need postal mail — and retain the same legal force as a handwritten signature before a notary.

2022–2026

HNWI relocation to Switzerland

Family-owned businesses from Germany and Italy increasingly relocate residences and operations to stable DACH jurisdictions. Switzerland is the primary recipient — and demands a specialised off-market infrastructure. Selcura addresses this need without abandoning Switzerland's discreet tradition.

These three shifts meet exactly inside our mandate: curated premium real estate, court-ready digital workflows, Swiss care as an architectural principle.

Secondary infrastructure (backups, asynchronous workers) in the EU cluster Hetzner Falkenstein. PUE 1.1 (industrial top value), 100 % green electricity since 2011, ISO 27001 + ISO 50001 certified. Encrypted-only data transfer, no third-country export.

Architectural principle

Open-source stack — no vendor lock-in

PostgreSQL · NestJS · Next.js · Mautic · N8N. No hyperscaler AWS lock-in, no data transfer to third countries without explicit consent. Anti-vendor-lock-in as an architectural principle — and at the same time a verifiable CO₂ advantage through efficient single-datacentre deployment.

The Beherzig Group architecture (NestJS + Prisma + Multi-Tenant RLS + Skribble) becomes the template for four further sub-brands. Selcura proves that Swiss substance and freedom from vendor lock-in are not contradictions.

Care emerges from correction, not caution. These three points are our most honest business card.

2024

Speed is not a trust anchor

We initially wanted to advertise '48-hour data-room access'. The first HNWI clients were unsettled: too fast felt unserious. Today we communicate the care-phase explicitly — speed emerges from trust, not the other way around.

Four languages are a promise, not a feature

Machine-translated FR/IT versions were perceived as unprofessional by Romandy and Ticino clients. Today every marketing statement is manually curated in DE/EN/FR/IT — and we audit locale parity in every CI run.

Discretion needs visible architecture

Buyers wanted to see the technical details of our NDA-workflow encryption before signing an NDA — paradoxical, but consistent. Today we show the DSG-compliant data architecture transparently on /why-selcura. Discretion comes from clarity about the system, not from secrecy.
