Cancel anytime
Cancel your membership online from your dashboard at the end of any month. No minimum term. Already active mandates (data-room access) remain available until month-end.

On annual billing with a 15 % discount: upon cancellation you receive the pro-rata remainder back, less the difference between the monthly and annual rate.

How fast do I get dataroom access?
After successful qualification and NDA signing — typically within 24–72 hours.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, SEPA direct debit and bank transfer. Annual billing with 15 % discount available.
Is my data processed in Switzerland?
Yes. Hosting with Swiss providers, DSG-compliant processing, no cross-border data transfer without your explicit consent.
Can I upgrade to VIP later?
Anytime. The upgrade is active immediately and prorated.
